ABOUT US

At C & P Enterprises we offer a personal catering service for any function and serve the whole of the Costa Blanca.

Qualified chefs prepare quality food for all occasions whether it be a kids party, a cocktail party with canapés, hot and cold buffets, outdoor BBQs or formal banquets.

With many years working within the Hotel industry and the U.K.- N.H.S. Catering Services, Cath holds the Advanced Food Hygiene Management Certificate and has experience of training staff in food safety, therefore customers can be assured that all food is prepared and transported within European Food Safety Guidelines.

We aim to offer a completely personal service and design menus specifically to your requirements. Please take a look at our sample menus where you can mix and match your Buffet requirements, however if you would like something a little different we will be pleased to discuss your requirements.

A Fully Equipped Mobile kitchen allows us to cater in remote locations for small or large numbers and can be utilised in film and television catering for crew, cast or both.

We work closely with wedding planners, entertainers and other officials in the area so if there is something that you need help with then we can point you in the right direction. We have done many functions in beautiful private rented villas so if you need any help with finding a suitable venue for your big day then again we can put you in contact with the right people.
